How 2 get better rank / Promotion System. please read it!

We Use a POint system its pretty nice 
look here:
every wednesday after meeting i go into a non'rpg map and u all join and we play for exactly 10 min. the person with best kdr after thoose 10 mins will get a 10 points. and number 2 will get 5 points and number 3 will get 2points. and you need exactly 20 points to get promoted 1 time thats it.
please write what you think about that.

i set it up so its on monday 20.00
and wednesday 15.00 or 3
